PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit separator which is simply structured and made available at a low cost and which can desirably separate all clusters almost without requiring hands surely and in an extremely short time.SOLUTION: The fruit separator 1 is composed of a tubular body 2 which is closed at the tip end 21A and which has a piping connection port 21B for gas introduction in the terminal. Between the tip end 21A and the piping connection port 21B in the tubular body 2, there is formed a gas blow-out port 20 communicating the inside 4 and the outside 22 of the tube. The outer diameter D of the tubular body 2 is set in a dimension insertable into the center 33 of a fruit in citrus.
