The collar (28) has a containment axial appendage (30) of the resilient hollow element (15) up to close to the terminal wall (20) thereof, and a stop means (14) for limiting the stretching deformation of the resilient hollow element (15) is provided for in the zone (19) close to the terminal wall (20) thereof.
