PURPOSE: A surgical instrument for a minimally invasive surgery is provided to freely operate an end effecter by corresponding to the operation of a control handle. CONSTITUTION: A control handle(110) is operated by a user. A first pitch shaft unit(200) and a first yaw shaft unit(300) are arranged on one side of a shaft(100) and respectively transmit a pitch direction operation and a yaw directional operation according to the operation of the operation handle. A second pitch shaft unit and a second yaw shaft unit are arranged on the other side of the shaft and operate by corresponding to the operations of the first pitch shaft unit and the first yaw shaft unit.
