The invention relates to a fast disintegrating tablet of the type intended to be disintegrated in the mouth in contact with saliva in less than 30 seconds and forming a suspension easy to swallow and which is based on an active ingredient in the form of coated microcrystals or microgranules and a mixture of excipients comprising at least one disintegrating agent, a soluble agent and a lubricating agent, characterized in that the lubricating agent is in pulverulent form and is distributed for at least one less of its bulk on the tablet surface and its friability, measured as indicated in the French Pharmacopoeia (Xth Edition, "V.5.1-friability of tablets", January 1993), is less than 1%, preferably less than 0 , 5%, thanks to which said tablet can be conditioned using standard methods and has a hardness necessary and sufficient to allow its easy extraction out of the blister dan s which it is conditioned by perforation of the lid of it under the thrust of the tablet with a substantially reduced risk of breakage during extraction. It also relates to the process for preparing this tablet.L'invention concerne un comprimé à délitement rapide du genre de ceux qui sont destinés à se désagréger dans la bouche au contact de la salive en moins de 30 secondes et en formant une suspension aisée à avaler et qui est à base d'une matière active sous forme de microcristaux ou microgranules enrobés et d'un mélange d'excipients comprenant au moins un agent de désagrégation, un agent soluble et un agent lubrifiant, caractérisé par le fait que l'agent lubrifiant est sous forme pulvérulente et se trouve réparti pour au moins sa majeure partie à la surface du comprimé et que sa friabilité, mesurée comme indiqué dans la pharmacopée française (Xème édition, "V.5.1-friabilité des comprimés", janvier 1993), est inférieure à 1 %, de préférence inférieure à 0,5 %, ce grâce à quoi ledit comprimé peut être conditionné au moyen de procédés standard et présente une dureté nécessaire et suffisante
