A blood pressure measuring method includes: obtaining a blood pressure waveform of a user which is measured when a pressure belt is pressurized to a predetermined pressure, wherein the blood pressure waveform includes a plurality of wave curves； establishing a relational expression about amplitude characteristic values of the wave curves and pressure values of the pressure belt according to the blood pressure waveform； setting a first pressure value to the pressure belt to measure a first wave curve of the user and obtaining amplitude characteristic values of the first wave curve； calculating a blood pressure information of the user measured in the first pressure value according to the amplitude characteristic values of the first wave curve and the relational expression.
