Method of therapeutic action on scalp with hair consists in exposure to surface of scalp with sinusoidal variable air pressure for a certain period of time, wherein air pressure fluctuations are carried out from the value of atmospheric pressure measured at a given moment in time to pressure value equal to 550 mm Hg, wherein the pressure drop time is 5 s and the pressure balancing time to atmospheric pressure is 5 s, and the duration of exposure is 20 minutes.
