PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide gas dissolver which is capable of generating a high concentration carbonated spring using a small amount of carbon dioxide gas, and is excellent in dissolving efficiency of the carbon dioxide gas.SOLUTION: This carbon dioxide gas dissolver includes: a hot water introducing pipe 31 for introducing hot water a carbon dioxide gas introducing pipe 32 connected to the hot water introducing pipe 31 a dissolver body 33 connected on a downstream side from a connection position of the carbon dioxide gas introducing pipe 32 in the hot water introducing pipe 31 and a hot water lead-out pipe 36 for leading out the hot water in which the carbon dioxide gas is dissolved by the dissolver body 33.
