PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain fitting property to a hip even when an absorber has a low basis weight, and prevent twist and crack of the absorber.SOLUTION: An absorber 4 comprises plural compression parts 20, 20, on a region other than a region where a width direction center part including a body fluid discharge part H and a portion corresponding to a hip groove of a wearer is along a longitudinal direction, and a region including the portion corresponding to the hip groove is an easy deformation region 21 on which no compression part 20 is formed.
