Abstract invention patent: \"implants, methods of manufacture thereof and devices and methods for driving of the implants to a vascular disorder of a patient. The present invention relates to a device for driving an implant to a vascular disorder of a patient which includes a pusher driving. A stationary blade may be attached to the pusher driving.The stationary blade may include a component of cutting sharp and steady cutting through a suture, which engages the implant to the pusher driving and to thereby release the implant when it is disposed in the vicinity of the vascular disorder.In some cases, the resistance of a junction that connects the suture to the implant is equal to or greater than the tensile strength of the suture.
