Stem consists of a threaded and smooth part. On smooth part perpendicular to the axis of the rod is a through hole for the spoke. Length of the threaded part of the rod is made equal to the sum of the height of the support of the hardware structure and the height of the nut that fixes the rod. Diameter of the spokes for osteosynthesis and the diameter of the shaft of the spoke retainer are made from a ratio of 3:5, 4:6, 5:8 mm, respectively.EFFECT: invention provides increase in mechanical strength of the spoke retainer and its performance characteristics, as well as simplification of the process of performing transosseous osteosynthesis.1 cl, 3 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине. Спицефиксатор для чрескостного остеосинтеза содержит стержень и гайку, фиксирующую стержень на опоре аппаратной конструкции. Стержень состоит из резьбовой и гладкой части. На гладкой части перпендикулярно оси стержня выполнено сквозное отверстие для спицы. Длину резьбовой части стержня выполняют размером, равным сумме высоты опоры аппаратной конструкции и высоты гайки, фиксирующей стержень.
