PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which is appropriate for infants, especially premature or low-weight infants, and disrupts no treatment or no nursing care in medical facilities including hospitals.
SOLUTION: This disposable diaper comprises an absorbent body 10 extending so as to cover from the back through the crotch to the abdomen, belt parts 20 protruding toward the horizontal direction from both sides of the back-side part of the absorbent body 10, and a self-adhesive layer 31 attachably and detachably connecting a part 21 protruding one side of the absorbent body 10 of the belt part 20 and a part 22 protruding from the other side and does not comprise a means that the belt parts 20 catch the absorbent body 10.
