PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To partially adjust air permeability around a waist in a disposable diaper provided with a flute structure.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper is divided into a front body section 1, a back body section 2, and a crotch part 3 in a longitudinal direction, and a cushion part 40 is formed in the front body section 1 and/or the back body section 2. The cushion part 40 includes: inner sheets 41； outer sheets 42 positioned on a skin non-facing surface side of the inner sheets 41； one or more elastic members 43, 46 fixed between the inner sheets 41 and the outer sheets 42 in the state that they are expanded along a width direction of the disposable diaper； and cushion formation sheets 44 where bonding parts 51 and non-bonding parts 52 extending in a longitudinal direction and intermittently bonded with respect to the inner sheets 41 and/or the outer sheets 42 in the way that they continue by turns along a width direction.
