PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathing state measuring device capable of measuring accurately the breathing state of a crew member of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A breathing state measuring device 1 includes image acquisition means 3 for acquiring an image including a nostril of a crew member of a vehicle, nostril area calculation means 5 for calculating the nostril area based on the image, and breathing state measuring means 7 for measuring the breathing state of the crew member based on the change of the nostril area.
