The invention concerns a nanofiber structure with immobilized organic agens that consists of silica nanofibers whose surface was modified with aminoaikyialkoxysilane and of subsequently immobilized organic agens. The invention also concerns a method of preparation of the nanofiber structure with immobilized organic agens, while silica nanofibers are prepared by electrostatic spinning from the initial sol synthesized by a sol-gel method from tetraalkoxysilane, heat-treated and their the surface modified by a solution of aminoaikyialkoxysilane and organic agens is then immobilized on the modified surface of the nanofibers.Linvention concerne une structure de nanofibres pourvue dagents organiques immobilisés qui est constituée de nanofibres de silice dont la surface a été modifiée par aminoalkyl-alcoxysilane et dagents organiques postérieurement immobilisés. Linvention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la structure de nanofibres pourvue dagents organiques immobilisés, tandis que les nanofibres de silice sont préparées par filage électrostatique à partir du sol initial synthétisé par un procédé sol-gel dérivé de tétra-alcoxysilane, traité thermiquement, leur surface est modifiée par une solution daminoalkyl-alcoxysilane et des agents organiques sont ensuite immobilisés sur la surface modifiée des nanofibres.
