PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melamine resin foam safely and repeatedly usable in the oral cavity or the like by overcoming weakness in tensile strength such as release breakage of the melamine resin foam high in cleaning efficiency and confirmed on safety in recent years.SOLUTION: Thermoplastic resin is impregnated in melamine resin foam bubbles 1 by dissolution compression, and then cooling and fixing is carried out to increase the tensile strength by the strength increase of constitutive walls that connect the melamine resin foam bubbles, thus forming merchandise coping with repeated use.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 清掃効率の高さと、近年安全性が確認されたメラミン樹脂発泡体の剥離破損等引張り強度の弱さを克復し、口腔内等において安全に繰り返し使用できるメラミン樹脂発泡体の開発を課題とした。【解決手段】 メラミン樹脂発泡体気泡内に熱可塑性樹脂を熔解圧縮により含浸後、冷却固定することでメラミン樹脂発泡体気泡を繋ぐ構成壁の強度上昇により引張り強度の上昇を計り、繰り返しの使用に対応した商品とした。【選択図】図2
