The present disclosure provides conjugates comprising a Factor VIII moiety covalently linked to a water soluble polymer, such as a polyethylene glycol polymer, via an oxime containing linkage. Among other things, methods of preparing and administering such conjugates, such as water-soluble polymeric oxyamine reagents useful in preparing the subject conjugates are also provided.
