The present invention discloses an acupoint and meridian scanning device and a scanning method thereof. The scanning device employs two textile electrodes to form a palm-like placing space for receiving a palm and lays the two textile electrode sheets on the flat and back of hand, respectively, wherein each textile electrode sheet is provided with a plurality of electrode contacts arranged as a matrix.
