PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that can be retrofitted to existing water supply equipment in poultry farming facilities.SOLUTION: A cooling device 2 includes cooling piping 5, a coolant source and an insulating member 8. Then, the cooling piping 5 is adjacently provided to a side surface 302 different from one side surface 301 in the circumferential direction where a water inlet 31 (nipple-type water supply 4) is arranged in a water supply pipe 3, and formed extending in the pipe axis direction to those water supply pipe 3 and cooling piping 5. One side surface 301 of the water supply pipe 3 is opened, and the cooling piping 5 is covered from remaining side surfaces 303, 304. In other words, a cross section perpendicular to the pipe axis direction is covered by the insulating member 8 having the U-shaped cross section.
