The present invention relates to fusion antibacterial peptides PAJE and a method for synthesizing the same. Fusion antibacterial peptides of the present invention is a novel substance represented by SEQ ID NO: 3, and the synthesizing method is to synthesize fusion antibacterial peptides PAJE by bonding a region of 1-7 amino acids in the amino acid sequence of papiliocin represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and a region of 1-8 amino acid sequence of jellerine represented by SEQ ID NO: 2.
