Provided is a mobile application for managing postpartum depression. The suggested mobile application for managing postpartum depression is operated by comprising the following stages of: calculating a self-measured score on a feeling of a subject, classifying the feeling into a group according to the score and presenting a related result to the subject, and advancing to a different page according to the group that the subject is affiliated； storing a result with respect to a feeling, sleep, and activities of the subject, that are self-measured, and producing a progress graph； setting, by the subject, a target with respect to activities of the subject, calculating, when a result of performing the target is recorded, target achievement, and producing a progress graph； and calculating, when the subject completes the self-examination using scales of postpartum depression, a score, classifying a state of the subject into to a normal group, a risk group, and high risk group according to the score and presenting a related result, and proving a case video with respect to each group. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent, early diagnose and manage postpartum depression.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020산후우울 관리 모바일 어플리케이션이 제시된다. 제안하는 산후우울 관리 모바일 어플리케이션은 자가 측정된 대상자의 기분에 대한 점수가 산출되고, 점수에 따라 군으로 분류되어 결과가 제시되고, 대상자가 속한 군별로 각각 다른 페이지로 연계되는 단계, 자가 측정된 대상자의 기분, 수면, 활동에 대한 결과가 저장되어 추이 그래프가 산출되는 단계, 대상자의 활동에 대하여 대상자 스스로 목표를 설정하고, 수행한 결과를 기록하면, 목표달성도가 계산되어 추이 그래프가 산출되는 단계, 대상자가 산후 우울척도로 자가검사를 마치면, 점수가 산출되고, 점수에 따라 정상군, 위험군, 고위험군으로 분류되어 결과가 제시되고, 각 군에 대한 사례 동영상이 제공되는 단계를 포함한다.
