PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water bottom sediment removal system capable of easily and surely removing sediment deposited on a bottom of an aquaculture tank and being fully applicable to a large aquaculture tank.SOLUTION: The water bottom sediment removal system comprises: a dredger 2 having a suction port 15b and a discharge port 15c a storage tank 4 to store sediment S discharged from the dredger 2 a dredger operation device 11 to support the dredger 2 so that the same can be freely moved in water and a suction hose 23 which is a lengthy hose connected to the suction port 15b of the dredger 2 and can be freely moved in the water.
