The present invention relates to a device for controlling intermaxillary relationship which can simply measure and adjust the intermaxillary relationship of patients, which includes the vertical dimension and centric relationship without using a wax rim and filling polymer materials in the space between upper and lower trays. The device comprises: upper and lower trays inserted and bonded to the upper and lower jaw； and a height controlling member of which the top end and the bottom end connect to each of the central parts of the upper and lower trays to be able to rotate, and which is able to control the gap of the front side or the rear side between the upper and lower trays. Accordingly, a bite is obtained after the dimension is easily measured without softening of the wax rim, pain for the patients, difficulty of the procedure, and inconvenience which are caused as the wax rim is repeatedly taken out from the mouth of a patient in order to be cut and adjusted.본 발명은 왁스림을 사용하거나 상하부 트레이의 사이에 고분자 물질을 채우지 않고서도 환자의 수직고경 및 중심위 관계와 같은 악간 관계를 간단하게 측정 및 조정할 수 있도록 한 상하악 악간관계 조정장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 상하악에 끼워져 결합되는 상부 트레이 및 하부 트레이와； 상기 상부 트레이 및 하부 트레이 각각의 중앙부에 상하 단부가 회전 가능하게 일체로 연결되고, 조작에 의해 상부 트레이와 하부 트레이 사이의 전방측 또는 후방측 상하 간격을 조정할 수 있도록 하는 승강조작부재；로 구성되고, 이로 인해 왁스림을 반복적으로 환자의 구강으로부터 빼내어 깍아 조절함에 따른 왁스림의 연화 및 환자의 고통과 작업의 번거로움 및 불편성없이 보다 간편하게 고경 측정후 바이트를 채득할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
