The present invention relates to a packaging device for a crytophyte crop harvester capable of increasing the efficiency of packaging by continuously loading and packaging crops harvested by a cryptophyte crop harvester onto small sacks. According to the present invention, the packaging device of a cryptophyte crop harvester includes: a sack installation plate having a plurality of sacks installed toward the circumferential direction to accommodate crops which are fallen from a transfer instrument after being transferred by the transfer instrument； and a rotation shaft installed on the center of the sack installation plate, with the ability to rotate on the frame of the cryptophyte crop harvester.
