The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a Styela clava tunic extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which is effective in skin whitening, skin anti-aging, or wrinkle amelioration. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce higher value-added functional skin care products by applying Styela clava tunics which is waste resources. In addition, the composition does not irritate skin and exhibits whitening, moisturizing, anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, and antioxidant activity as well.본 발명은 미더덕껍질 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐자원인 미더덕껍질을 활용하여 고부가가치의 기능성 미용제품을 제조할 수 있으며, 피부에 자극이 없으면서 미백, 보습, 항노화, 항주름 및 항산화 활성을 가져 피부미백, 피부노화 방지 또는 주름개선에 효과적인 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
