Provided is an apparatus for cultivating sea cucumbers comprising: an upper settlement plate holder unit installed in a fish farm and fixing a settlement plate having a surface on which sea cucumbers are attached and grow so that the settlement plate is installed perpendicular to the bottom； a lower settlement plate holder unit mounted on a lower portion of the upper settlement plate holder unit and having an accommodation unit installed in parallel with the bottom and accommodating at least one settlement plate； and a support mounted on a lower edge of the lower settlement plate holder unit.
