To provide a defibrillation catheter that can be inserted into a target site in a heart chamber along guide wire, and can reliably prevent short-circuiting between a first lead wire group and a second lead wire group.SOLUTION: A defibrillation catheter includes a multi-lumen tube 10, a first DC electrode group 31G, a second DC electrode group 32G, a first lead wire group 41G comprising lead wire 41 connected to each of a constituent electrode 31 of the first DC electrode group 31G, and a second lead wire group 42G comprising lead wire 42 connected to each of a constituent electrode 32 of the second DC electrode group 32G. The defibrillation catheter applies voltage between the first DC electrode group 31G and the second DC electrode group 32G. The multi-lumen tube 10 has a central lumen 10 L capable of inserting guide wire, and sub-lumens 11 L and 12 L oppositely disposed across this.
