The present invention relates to an artificial blood vessel comprising a shape memory polymer and a member for anastomosis of blood vessels formed of a shape memory polymer. The artificial blood vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention may provide an artificial blood vessel having a melting point suitable for biotransplantation by including a shape memory polymer including a functional group capable of photocrosslinking. In addition, the member for vascular anastomosis may include a shape memory polymer containing a functional group capable of photocrosslinking, thereby providing a member for vascular anastomosis having a melting point suitable for biotransplantation.본 발명은 형상기억 고분자를 포함하는 인공혈관 및 형상기억 고분자로 형성되는 혈관 문합용 부재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 인공혈관은 광가교가 가능한 기능기가 포함된 형상기억 고분자를 포함함으로써, 생체 이식에 적합한 융점을 갖는 인공혈관을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 혈관 문합용 부재는 광가교가 가능한 기능기가 포함된 형상기억 고분자를 포함함으로써, 생체 이식에 적합한 융점을 갖는 혈관 문합용 부재를 제공할 수 있다.
