PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an absorbent article which stabilizes the conveyance of a continuum from which the absorbent article is manufactured, and prevents the stretch of a sheet at a direction changing part in a conveyance path as well as the inclination of the product.SOLUTION: A conveyance device 10 of an absorbent article conveys a continuum 1, from which the absorbent article is manufactured, along a flow direction (MD direction) of the manufacturing process of the absorbent article while absorbing the continuum 1 to a conveyor belt 15. The device comprises: a straight line conveyance part (first straight line conveyance part 11) for conveying the continuum 1 in a direction along a straight line and a direction changing part 12 for changing a conveyance direction of the continuum 1 by conveying the continuum 1 in a direction along a curved surface. The conveyor belt 15 is disposed across the straight line conveyance part (first straight line conveyance part 11) and the direction changing part 12. A suction force of the continuum 1 is stronger at the straight line conveyance part (the first straight line conveyance part 11) than the direction changing part 12.
