The present invention relates to a bio signal measurement unit using an improved wire and a method for manufacturing the same. The bio signal measurement unit includes: a circuit board； at least one light emitting member arranged on one side of the circuit board； at least one light receiving member arranged at one side of the circuit board to be separated from the light emitting member by a fixed distance； and a plurality of wires which are extended along at least one side of the light emitting member and the light receiving member, in order to connect the light emitting member and the light receiving member to the circuit board electrically.
