PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin pore analysis apparatus in which the output of the skin pore analysis apparatus can effectively be used for a care method of the skin and an evaluation when performing cosmetic development and selection in comparison to a conventional skin diagnostic device, and furthermore, efficient processing is performed to obtain the output, and a skin pore analysis method and a program for use in the device.SOLUTION: An image of skin of a face 11 of a person is taken from a camera 13, and a pore image removing noise such as texture, wrinkle and hair is obtained from a skin image 10a. This pore image is approximated to an ellipse, and processing is performed for calculating a major axis, a minor axis, an angle, the major axis + the minor axis and an area of the approximated ellipse. Also, a pore sag ratio is calculated, and a graph for distributing each circle for the pore by each pore sag ratio and the direction of the pore is created and displayed. As data for determining a state of the skin, it can be used effectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】皮膚毛穴解析装置の出力を、肌のお手入れ方法や化粧品の開発，選択などをするときの評価に、従来の皮膚診断装置などに比較し有効に利用することができ、しかも、その出力を得るために効率的な処理を行う皮膚毛穴解析装置，皮膚毛穴解析方法および該装置に用いるプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】カメラ１３から人物の顔１１の皮膚が撮影され、皮膚画像１０ａより、きめ，皺，毛などのノイズを除いた毛穴画像が得られる。この毛穴画像を楕円に近似させ、近似させた楕円の長径，短径，角度，長径＋短径および面積を算出する処理を行う。また、毛穴たるみ率を算出し、各毛穴たるみ率とその毛穴の方向によって各毛穴対応の円を分布させたグラフを作成して表示する。肌の状態を判定するデータとして有効に利用することができる。【選択図】図１
