PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage/acupressure tool and a massaging method by which the mineral components of a salt block can be infiltrated to the skin surface layer of a subject while applying acupressure to sensitive points of the subject in order to efficiently induce the effects of the mineral components which are contained in the salt block.SOLUTION: For this massage/acupressure tool, the lump-like salt block is molded into a size which enables a grip by one hand and is molded into a shape wherein especially the solid shape is an approximately heart shape and is rounded. In this massaging method, a massage oil is applied on the skin surface of the subject. Then, the lump-like salt block having been molded into a size which enables a grip by one hand, which has been heated to a specified temperature, is pressed to the skin, and the massage is performed while melting the mineral components contained in the lump-like salt block into the massage oil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】岩塩に含有されるミネラル成分の効能を効率的に引き出すべく、被術者のツボを指圧しながら岩塩のミネラル成分を被術者の皮膚表層に浸透させ得るマッサージ指圧具およびマッサージ方を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のマッサージ指圧具は、塊状岩塩を片手で握れる大きさに成形したものであり、特にその立体形状が略ハート型で丸みを帯びた形状に成形している。また本発明のマッサージ方法は、被術者の皮膚表面にマッサージオイルを塗布し、片手で握れる大きさに成形された塊状岩塩を所定温度に温めたものを皮膚に押し当てて、塊状岩塩に含有されるミネラル成分をマッサージオイル中に溶かしながらマッサージを行うものである。【選択図】図2-1
