PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body condition recovery assistant tool for enabling anyone to easily maintain his/her body condition in a daily life.SOLUTION: A body condition recovery assistant tool 1 includes: plate-like bodies 10 being marketed compact disks and a housing device 20 for housing the multiple plate-like bodies 10. Digital information recording surfaces 11 of the respective plate-like bodies 10 housed in a plate-like body housing bag 24 of the housing device 20 are arrayed to face the front surface 22 of the body condition recovery assistant tool 1.
