PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress breakage due to an excessive load of a bed load detector.SOLUTION: A load detector 1 comprises: a substrate part 2 a cantilever beam part 11 on whose tip end side, a load reception plate part 13 having a mount face 14 on which a leg part of a bed is mounted, is formed a strain detection sensor 19 for detecting strain of the cantilever beam part 11 and a stop part 9. The cantilever beam part 11 is supported to the substrate part 2 in a cantilever condition so that the load reception plate part 13 can be displaced downward.
