The covering sheath (3) comprises a front wall (9) placed opposite this rear face (7) and provided on a front face (10) with at least one zone (11) provided with a part (4 ) removable, protruding and comprising nanoparticles releasing at least one fragrance when they are rubbed by this protuberance (8) during a rotation drive of the steering wheel (2).
