PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear and accurate method of diagnosing the condition of skin, in particular, skin age, by a nonintrusive, simple method which measures skin age more quantitatively than conventional evaluation methods of skin age such as judging by appearance, observing the state of wrinkles or the texture of the skin or the roughness thereof, or making assessments by analytical methods using equipment to measure the amount of moisture or melanin in the skin.SOLUTION: This skin age diagnosis method for diagnosing the condition of the skin includes noninvasively, safely and simply collecting the horny layer of the skin using a horny cell layer checker, etc., and measuring the activity of oxidative proteolytic enzymes in the horny layer of the skin by a method of calculation with a calibration curve using acylamino acid-releasing enzyme (AARE).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の見た目で判断したり、肌のシワやキメの状態あるいは肌荒れの観察、肌の水分量やメラニン量の測定などを機器を用いた分析方法で評価したりしていた肌年齢の評価方法に比べ、非浸襲的・簡便な方法で、より定量的に肌年齢を測定し、皮膚状態、特に肌年齢を明確かつ正確に診断する方法の提供。【解決手段】角層チェッカー等を用いて非侵襲的に安全・簡便に皮膚角層を採取し、当該皮膚角層中の酸化蛋白質分解酵素(OPH)活性を、アシルアミノ酸遊離酵素(AARE)を用いた検量線により求めるなどの方法で測定することにより、皮膚状態を診断する肌年齢の診断方法。【選択図】図1
