The method comprises determining a clot criterion, classifying the clot based on the criterion to generate a classification, and determining a personalized treatment protocol for the clot based on the classification. Wherein the personalized treatment protocol comprises one or more techniques selected from using aspiration, restoring perfusion using a first reperfusion device, and/or a second reperfusion. Using the device to restore perfusion as well as treating the clot based on a personalized therapy protocol can be included.
