PURPOSE: A thermal insulation panel is provided to offer a remarkably improved heat insulation effect. CONSTITUTION: Thermal insulation panels (100a) for agricultural facilities are formed of a synthetic material including PET material. A layer formed with at least five multilayered tunnel type spaces is installed on the first row and first layer of the thermal insulation panels, and the layer is sealed with covers (200a,300a). The multilayered tunnel type spaces have more than 3 layers. The multilayered tunnel type spaces include first tunnel type spaces (101a,101b,101c), second tunnel type spaces (102a,102b,102c), and third tunnel type spaces (103a,103b,103c). The tunnel type spaces are in the vacuum condition.본 발명은 농업시설용 자재나 창문 등의 일반 건축용 자재로 활용되는 합성수지재의 보온단열 패널에 관한 것이다.더욱 상세하게는 PET ( polyethylene terephthalate )재질 등의 합성수지재로 구성된 보온단열 패널의 내부에 터널의 형태로 구성된 다수의 공간(空間)을 다층으로 구성시켜서 보온 및 단열효과를 획기적으로 증가시키고 나아가서 유리패널과 비교할 때 제조원가를 더욱 낮게 함과 동시에 무게를 가볍게 하여 식물공장 등의 건축물을 건축할 때 보온단열 패널을 고층으로 조립할 수 있도록 하는 다층의 터널형 공간이 형성된 보온단열 패널에 관한 것이며, 패널의 내부에 터널의 형태로 된 적어도 1열 1층에 5개 이상의 다수의 기다란 터널형 공간들을 3개층 이상 다층의 구조로 형성시킨 후 커버로 밀폐 시킨 것에 특징이 있다.
