The invention relates to a device for replacing or completing missing queens in bee families, meant to be used in beekeeping operations. According to the invention, the device consists of a standard frame (1) on which two compartments are created, an upper compartment and a lower compartment, separated from one another by a slat (2) provided with several vertical channels wherethrough the bees and the queen from the two compartments may pass from one place to the other and which are confined backwards by a fixed wall (3) made of deep-drawn metal gauze with meshes of 3 mm, and frontwards by a lower mobile wall (5) and an upper mobile wall (6), made of the same gauze, which can slide laterally in some grooves, so that between the fixed wall (3) and the mobile walls (5 and 6) there is a space of 7...8 mm which permit the free movement of bees and queen from the two compartments, a Hanneman queen excluder (9) being placed under the lower mobile wall (5).
