The present invention relates to a plant factory integrated with photovoltaic generation which effectively receives sunlight to allow a plant to sufficiently perform photosynthesis and reduce heating expense. According to the present invention, the plant factory including a plurality of plant cultivators for cultivating plant comprises: photovoltaic apparatus having a light collection panel installed on a roof of the factory to collect sunlight to perform photovoltaic generation； a transparent window formed on a wall surface receiving a relatively large amount of sunlight； and a cover panel disposed outside of the transparent window to hide the transparent wind for insulation. A front reflective sheet reflecting the sunlight is disposed inside the cover panel and an internal reflective sheet is disposed on the inner wall of a greenhouse such that the direction of the sunlight reflected by the front and internal reflective sheets is adjusted, thereby adjusting the sunlight provided to plant.본 발명은 태양광이 효과적으로 유입되어 식물이 충분한 광합성 작용을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 난방비를 절감할 수 있는 태양광발전 병행 식물공장에 관한 것으로, 식물 재배를 위한 다수의 식물재배기를 구비한 식물공장에 있어서, 공장의 지붕에는 태양광을 집광하는 집광판넬을 설치하여 태양광 발전하는 태양광발전장치를 구비하고, 일조량이 상대적으로 많은 벽면을 투명창으로 구성하고, 상기 투명창의 외부에는 투명창을 가려 보온을 위한 커버판넬을 더 구비하되, 커버판넬의 안쪽에는 태양광을 반사시키는 전면반사시트가 더 구비되고, 온실의 내벽에는 내부반사시트가 구비되어 전면반사시트와 내부반사시트에 의해 반사된 태양광의 방향을 조절함에 의해 식물에 공급되는 태양광을 조절할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
