PURPOSE: An UV protection composition is provided to enable stabilization with high concentration without an addition of a solubilizing agent and to have an excellent UV protection effect by impregnating a natural product-derived or plant-derived UV protection activator into a hydrophobic liquid polymer medium. CONSTITUTION: An UV protection composition (100A) contains a hydrophobic liquid polymer medium (10)； and an UV protection activating agent (20) which is impregnated into the hydrophobic liquid polymer medium. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises the steps of: adding an organic solvent to the hydrophobic liquid polymer medium to prepare a first solution； adding the UV protection activating agent to the first solution to prepare a second solution； and removing the organic solvent from the second solution and preparing the composition.
