PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow hydrogen to act on the skin without need of power supply.SOLUTION: A gel containing citric acid is applied on the skin and a lid 20C is brought into contact with a portion with the gel applied thereon. When the lid 20C is brought into contact with the skin, the gel applied on the skin is brought into contact with a hydrogen generating part 30 exposed in a port in the lid 20C, and hydrogen is generated by the chemical reaction between the gel containing citric acid and the hydrogen generating part 30 made of magnesium.
