PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture and a fixing method capable of easily fixing a support frame and a flexible band with a fastening band, and capable of connecting the supports having various shape and dimension with the flexible band for support. SOLUTION: A fixture 1 is formed of a fastening band 3 having a fastening adjusting part 5 for adjusting both ends of a band part 30, which is fitted in a support frame 2 for surrounding, freely to come close to each other or separate from each other and a flexible band 3a formed with a base part fitted to the band part 30 of the fastening band 3 and formed with the other end formed into a free end as a connecting piece 32 so as to surround a support 2a.
