PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness for pet, which is used for the pet and avoids excessive tension loaded on a pets cervix and abdomen even when the pet 2 suddenly acts unexpected action such as getting up on hind legs to go ahead suddenly.SOLUTION: The harness for pet includes a vest part 11 put on the pet 2, lead engaging parts 12 which are located on the center of the back of the pet 2 and to which a lead 3 is engaged, and a mounting part 15, wherein the vest part 11 is formed from a belt for cervix 13, which is wound around the cervix of the pet, a belt for abdomen 14, which is wound around the abdomen of the pet, and a connecting cloth member 16 which connects the belt for cervix 13 and the belt for abdomen 14 at the breast of the pet 2 with a fixed area.
