Disclosed is a sterilizing tray which makes preparation of endoscopes for sterilization easy and increases possibilities of sterilization for endoscopes. The sterilizing tray may be manufactured of flexible and vapor-permeable sheets. A cutout may be placed through the sheet in order to limit a foldable standoff away from the sheet. A first standoff may comprise a first contoured portion placed therein. The tray may contain a second standoff which has second and third contoured portions placed therein. A third standoff may contain a locking tab placed on a free end portion thereof. A location setting tab may be placed on the third standoff.
