The intermediate ceiling comprises a gap bottom (5), and the muck collecting plate runs through pipeline loops (6) that are attached to a refrigerator. The muck collecting plate is attached to a clearing device and a ventilation system (9). The ventilation system comprises an exhaust air purification stage (12), and the clearing device comprises a folding slider. A muck conveyer (17) comprises an electric drive. The electric drive is designed as a regular electromotor.
