The present invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular to an anterior chamber supporter used in penetrating keratoplasty. The anterior chamber supporter includes hoops and a central disc and further includes extraction holes, hoops holes and scale marks, wherein the hoops are arranged around the central disc, the front of the central disc is provided with the extraction holes and the scale marks, and the end faces of the hoops are provided with the hoop holes. According to the present invention, the supporter which is of an eye-like structure is adopted to support the anterior chamber, which ensures stability of the anterior chamber, reduces damage to peripheral corneas, and prevents intraocular contents from flowing out after hole opening, making the surgery safe and more efficient, greatly lowering medical workers working difficulty and also improving the success rate of the surgery.
