The present invention relates to an expression system for enzyme replacement therapy aimed at obtaining or maintaining a certain level of L-DOPA in the blood of an individual, realized by systemic administration of the expression system. The invention is therefore useful in the treatment of catecholamine deficiency disorders such as dopamine deficiency disorders including Parkinson's disease. 本発明は、発現系の全身投与により実現される、個体の血中で一定レベルのＬ－ＤＯＰＡを得ること、又は維持することを目的とする、酵素置換療法のための発現系に関する。したがって発明は、パーキンソン病を含むドパミン欠乏障害などのカテコールアミン欠乏障害の処置において有用である。
