PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient state information management system capable of easily making signals from a sensor and a patient correspond and reducing noise in stored information, and a program for realizing the system.SOLUTION: The patient state information management system includes: a client terminal connected with a state detector for detecting the state of a patient a management terminal and a database server connected with the client terminal through a network and a patient information storage device for storing patient information about the patient who is a management object and the correspondence relation of the patient information and the ID number of the patient. The client terminal is provided with a means for transmitting signals from the state detector to the database server as effective information only when being in the state of recognizing the ID number of the patient who is a user.
