PURPOSE: An acellular dermal tissue implant with a multi-penetration is provided to provide a favorable environment for angiogenesis and the proliferation of autogenous tissues and increase the expansibility and flexibility of tissues, thereby stably doing a transplant and shortening the time of the transplant. CONSTITUTION: An acellular dermal tissue implant includes a multi-penetration. The acellular dermal tissue implant is one selected from a bone, a ligament, a tendon and a skin. The acellular dermal tissue implant includes an inclined edge portion. The penetration is a form which is pierced to a low-end from a top or a structure which is alternatively laminated by penetrating one layer into a row from side to side and another layer into a row from back to front.
