PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid large torque and external interference, and also reduce backlash.SOLUTION: An actuator includes two motors 12a, 12b, and a hypoid speed reducer 11. The hypoid speed reducer 11 includes two driving gears 13a, 13b respectively connected to output shafts 16a, 16b of the two motors 12a, 12b, and a one driven gear 14 driven by the two driving gears 13a, 13b.
